Hi, I'm Mikko Peltola, an advisor at Valo, a newly launched company providing a platform for Salesforce administrators to manage integrations and access controls. I'm also a co-founder and COO of A-CX, which helps businesses create customer-centric products. My Background in Salesforce and AI
I've been working with Salesforce for over a decade as a user and building solutions on it. I led the team at F-Secure (currently WithSecure) that launched Cloud Protection for Salesforce, a solution that complements Salesforce's security. The solution was born when Jari Salomaa, then Salesforce platform product leader, now the CEO and Co-founder of Valo, and I met at Dreamforce. We talked about the security posture of the Salesforce clients while having some fine sushi. Cloud Protection for Salesforce was born at that meeting and launched a year later. It helps customers against malware and phishing in various Salesforce Clouds, following the shared responsibility model, and became the fastest-growing product of F-Secure.
In addition to my Salesforce experience, I have been passionately involved in AI. I co-founded A-CX, a company that helps businesses create user-centric products. We believe in building products that leverage AI where it can bring benefits, not for technology's sake. We also strive to make AI accessible and understandable for end-users so they can trust and use it effectively. That's why we launched the Approachable AI initiative, a platform that provides resources, best practices, and tools for building human-friendly AI products.
Why I'm Excited About AI
As a Salesforce and AI enthusiast, I was thrilled to formulate Valo initially. Valo is a platform that tackles the challenges Salesforce administrators face every day.
