  • Salesforce platform owner Paul was determining Q2 budgets and needed to predict if Salesforce adoption might increase or decrease. He needed insight into how many people use it and for what reasons. Valo delivers Paul the visibility into users that helps him determine a license strategy as well as policies for driving best user adoption. He also realized the data helped him plan user training, connecting star users with those just starting out on the platform.Valo’s AI-driven user categorization, viewable by personas, helps Paul optimize utilization.

  • Salesforce manager Shweta received a Slack message from the EVP of Sales to onboard Brian, a new sales rep. Valo helped Shweta immediately locate another sales rep permission set and clone it, so she could onboard Brian as quickly as possible. When Brian ran into issues trying to access certain Salesforce functionality, the Ask Valo agent helped Shweta troubleshoot what access management rights might be standing in Brian’s way. The Ask Valo AI agent build into Valo’s platform saved Shweta clicks and hours, while ushering her a new way of cutting through Salesforce complexity.

  • Michael in the security team felt growing anxiety as he learned about new hacker techniques that exploit SaaS tokens to infiltrate organizations and steal data. Valo’s AI provided him monitoring and alerting across multiple Salesforce orgs connected to the trust layer, helping him uncover a rogue app connection that nobody knew about. He immediately shut it down and was able to verify it had not accessed any sensitive objects inside Salesforce. Michael now regularly checks Valo for security data, using Connections Agent and Security View features for this reassuring new visibility.
